Head to the 'book now' button located in the sidebar on your mobile device or at the top of the page on your computer, choose your service and follow the prompts!
For in studio makeup bookings, you will be able to select a date and time that is best suited to you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, the rest can be paid at your appointment on the day via cash or card. You will receive a confirmation email including the date, time and location, as well as a reminder closer to your appointment!
If you are enquiring about bridal makeup, fill out the form located on the 'bridal' page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If the date is available you will received a customised quote. Following this quote if you would like to proceed with booking, a bridal contract will be sent containing an invoice along with policies etc.
Alternatively, if you would like to enquire about other mobile bookings you can email me directly (bookings@britanirenaemua.au). Please include the number of applications, location, and desired finish time.

Yes we certainly do! We offer mobile services for any occasion as long as it meets our minimum size requirements. Mobile bookings will only be accepted for minimum group of 3 people. Fees apply for travel time, parking and accomodation (if required).

We use high quality makeup products and skin prep to best suit your skin type. Expect your makeup to last all day and night. Even if your event isn't until the evening and you have a morning appointment booked, your makeup will stay in tact!
I only recommend blotting papers if you are excessively oily, or to have some lip products handy to touch up your lips after eating/ drinking.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact me directly (bookings@britanirenaemua.au). If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment time your deposit will be forfeited.
If you wish to cancel more than 72 hours prior to your appointment you will receive your deposit as credit which can be used towards your next appointment. Deposits can not be transferred to someone else, or an already existing appointment.

Absolutely! There is so much more that goes into a flawless application on the day of your event. You can head to the 'makeup' page where I have provided tips and tricks to get the very best out of your makeup.
Brides will be sent a 'bridal bible' which includes all the information you need to accentuate the longevity and appearance of your makeup for your big day!

If you are having your hair washed and styled, please do so before your makeup appointment. The makeup around the hairline is likely to be removed during the wash process.
Most hair styling without a wash prior is recommended to be done after your makeup application. Especially if you have a fringe/ bangs or plan on having your hair styled in your face or going for the slick appearance.

For mobile bookings your deposit is required via bank transfer, the rest can be paid on the day of your booking via cash, card or bank transfer.

Absolutely! I highly recommend booking a trial prior to your wedding day so that we can create a tailored look best suited to you and your personal preferences!

All in studio appointments run for 1 hour and 30 minutes, soft and full glam. Some looks may be completed earlier but please allow the full booking time.
